(Note) For all advertisers: If you decide to advertising with us, we
will need you to give us a list of search words and or key words that best
describe your product and or services to list your ad
under. Without this, advertising will be minimal.
Payment is to be paid before any advertisement is initiated, and a
receipt will be mailed or emailed to you via merchant account or as soon as payment clears the bank. Prices are subject to change at end of
agreement.
Contract is to expire when next payment is due or at termination of auto
renewal if applicable. Note: If you choose the Pay Pal
auto renewal, your rate will be locked in until the auto renewals has
been canceled or terminated. Payments are due 1 month in
advance of renewal, unless Pay Pal is set up, then everything will be
automatic. Be sure to view these agreements before renewal is attempted.
Be sure to keep your receipt and print out these pages, this will be
your contract. If for some reason you loose the receipt, we do not charge
at this time, but we reserve the right to
charge for having to look up and reissue you a new one on more then one occasion.
If we notice that your website is inactive for more then 6 months,
your account with us will automatically be terminated and you will have
to start a new account once your website is back on line. At that time
we may offer you only the update fee, pending on if it is the same
information as before, and if it has not been enactive for more then one
year from the beginning of the contract, and if the website does not
contain any adult content, or if it is not a new site and new
advertising information. We do not want any dead links on our website.
The best thing to do is, if you change sites, go ahead and pay the
update fee right away and get the 50% discount rather then having to pay
full price all over again.
We do reserve the right to refuse business w/ anyone
of our choosing and we "do not" advertise porn,
nor promote any explicit or illegal activities on
these web sites... If we discover that we are advertising these things for you,
you will be deleted at your expense and there will not be any refunds what's so ever.

want to advertise porn or other explicit things, click here. I have toyed with the idea of starting such a site
for I get more requests for one then what I have been doing. It is
incognito, but here it is. The only other borderline place will be the date line
and chat line, we do not
restrict profiles any further then the law requires. This is for profiles, not
advertisers. If profiles or profilers get out of line, according to the states
and or federal regulations, profiles will be removed at customers expense and
there will be no refunds at all.
