We are looking to start our techs at earning 10% commissions on all sites, if you generate the sale yourself, you will earn an additional 5% or more. The 10% will be divided between all techs working on the site that generates the revenue. In addition, we will be giving Christmas bonuses to our top techs towards the end of the year. Once we start maximizing our own advertising capabilities and minimizing outside sources, the commission rate will rise within our company. Even if we go to an hourly wage, we will still give incentives. Approximately 50% of all income will go back into advertising, this includes websites, techs and billboards that we will own... I am also working on setting up a retirement package, for anyone who stays with us long term. Basically, each year you are with the company, you will a % invested, if you retire with us, you will receive that % of all profits each year for the remainder of your life and or spouses life, or as longs as we are still in business whether we change our name or not. As we grow we will also have health benefits and other investment plans for you as an employee to fully take advantage of.
